TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROPTAXMAPPER, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) our services
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on our services
  • Any content obtained from our services
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
  • Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in property data or other information
  • Investment decisions made based on information obtained through our services

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.

Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using our services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11.2 Dispute Resolution
